To be successful, we need additional donations of money, material, and work. Since this is a 501- C- 3 organization ALL donations are tax deductible. All donors will receive a letter of recognition for your donation and our tax ID number for your records. Here are the level of donations for STAR POINTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Each Star Point has 3 sides. Sponsorship of a side of a Star Point is $35,000.00. A complete Star Point, all three sides, is $100,000.00. A sponsor or sponsors will have a permanent plaque recognizing their donation at the base of the Star Point with their names inscribed, and will also have their names inscribed on the "WALL OF SPONSORS" in our museum when it is completed.
Levels of enrolling as a member in "THE FRIENDS OF LOUISIANA'S MEDAL OF HONOR PARK AND MUSEUM" are as follows:
INDIVIDUAL $10.00 PER YEAR
FAMILY $25.00 PER YEAR
NON - PROFIT $50.00 PER YEAR
CORPORATE $200.00 PER YEAR
LIFETIME INDIVIDUAL $100.00 (ONE TIME)
LIFETIME FAMILY $150.00 (ONE TIME)
OTHER WAYS THAT YOU CAN HELP
BE A PILING OWNER -- $250.00 AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SOUVENIR PIECE OF PILING WITH YOUR NAME ON IT.
FLAG POLES -- $5000.00 FOR THE AMERICAN FLAG POLE WHICH WILL BE LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE MONUMENT.
FLAGPOLES - $3000.00 FOR EACH BRANCH OF THE SERVICE.
ALL FLAGPOLE SPONSORSHIP CAN EITHER BE ONE COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL, OR 3 OR 4 COMPANIES OR INDIVIDUALS TOGETHER. YOUR NAME WILL BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED AT THE BASE OF THE FLAGPOLE.
GET TOGETHER WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR FELLOW BUSINESS NEIGHBORS AND SPONSOR ONE OF THESE FLAGPOLES.
We are constantly seeking grants or private sponsors for the granite that will go on the sides of the monument
On this granite we will have the names of all Medal recipients listed under their state.
The estimate cost of this part of the project is $500,000.00
